Propagating from cuttings is one of the most rewarding gardening activities you can do.
In the space of a few minutes, with the proper techniques, you can have several of your favourite plants that will usually grow on to flower the same year.
In my garden I use this method of propagation a lot, both for plants for my garden and plants for sale. Picking the right plants and treating them correctly will result in a high degree of success.
In this workshop we will go through a selection of plants and work out how to do cuttings from them. I will talk about the most effective way to care for each type of cutting, the right medium to use and the tips & tricks to get the best out of the plants you want more of.
This is very hands on and everyone will leave with a selection of cuttings to bring home.
